Thursday (August 29): Intelligence agencies  have alarmed the possibility of Pakistani Commandos entering the Gulf of Kutch in Gujarat from ‘Harami Nala Creek’. As a result the security arrangements have been tightened at all the major ports including Kandla Port and Adani Port and Logistics in Mundra.

The BSF (Border Security Force) has also found two single-engine Pakistani boats abandoned in ‘Harami Nala’. The alert comes days after the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Karambir Singh stated that “an ‘underwater wing’ of Pakistan-based terror group JeM (Jaish-e-Mohammed) is training people to carry out attacks. But the Indian Navy is fully prepared to thwart any such attempt.”
